Spring Restaurant, London

Australian chef Skye Gyngell's new London restaurant aptly named Spring designed by her Australian designer sister, Briony Fitzgerald really captures fresh feeling of the season. Light and bright with soft pastel colours, soaring ceilings and light wood and caramel leather accents. The use of colour is subtle but impactful - an elegant dusty pink tailored sofa greets you at the reception, paired with modern metallic tables in brass and copper. The arabesque marble bar is dramatic yet subtle. A focal point of the space is the pale blue wall adorned with a floral installation 'Blossoms' by Valeria Nascimento. The light fixtures used throughout are Cloud 50 by Apparatus, they immediately draw your eye upwards and make the space feel open and airy.
