Window Watching

I've come to admit that window watching just might be one of my great passions in life. One of my favourite pastimes has always been long walks exploring new neighbourhoods and admiring/ scrutinizing the homes and their features, and often glancing into windows to check out the interior of the home. Truthfully, it's not quite as voyeuristic as it sounds and I have no real interest in the inhabitants - just the architecture and decor. I was happy to discover I'm not alone in my potentially creepy hobby, with the new project by New York based graphic designer Jose Guizar Windows of New York- a weekly illustrated atlas of various windows around New York City. 'This project is part an ode to architecture and part a self challenge to never stop looking up.'

I keep seeing this project around... I love it! Amazing how so much character can be captured in such a small little window.
