Delica Kitchen, Toronto

I have to admit, I often decide whether to go into a shop or restaurant solely based on the their fonts and signage. I spotted the Delica Kitchen while driving down Yonge Street and immediately wanted to turn the car around to go and check it out. It had made enough of an impression on me that I even went and looked it up on Google maps when I got home because I couldn't quite remember the name, but didn't want to forget it. Their clean and simple styling, and the crisp editorial fonts and graphics appealed to me immediately, what was even better was discovering their philosophy on natural, fresh and healthy ingredients and, of course, some incredibly tasty treats. From the styling to the products, I find the whole package to be completely delicious.

I don't believe they were around when I was living in Toronto. I was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area and moved to FL 6.5 years ago. This just took me back to a few of the things I so adore about my city-forward thinking, so many wonderful culinary selections available and a busy downtown with heart. :) Thanks for sharing Delica-I'll have to check it out on my next trip back home. Warmly, Karla

Hi Karla - you should definitely check it out when you are next in town. WIth our ice and snow today I am thinking perhaps I should move to Florida too!
