An idyllic vacation home in Tinos, Greece

As I've been daydreaming about an idyllic beach vacation, my thoughts turned back to a home that I've admired for quite some time. This vacation home designed by Zege Architects along with Greek interior designer Marilyn Katsaris epitomizes the feeling of a loungy beach vacation. The traditional Greek architecture in all white with soft, undulating walls that have an unfinished, casual air about them. It definitely feels like the type of home where you can kick off your shoes and completely unwind. There's a soothing, calm feeling in the home as it perfectly reflects the natural palette outdoors - the bright white sky and soft aqua accents heighten the feeling of serenity. One of my favourite details is the mint green Smeg appliances in the kitchen - just the perfect touch of soft colour

This is such a great home! Would love to spend time here vacationing :) Prior to this post, I had really only seen the beautiful blue bathroom, but the entire home is equally as cool!

Oh my - I could definitely imagine myself coming home to this beautiful place. All problems and worries would melt away into the soft walls and the mint green appliances would cheer up any morning. Thank you for the happy boost!! I'm off to dream of Greece.
