Magnificent miniaudieres by Nada Sawaya

Lebanese designer Nada Sawaya's minaudières (clutches) are nothing short of stunning little pieces of functional art. Inspired by sacred symbols and mathematics, each one is painstakingly created by hand to create these unique and fascinating pieces. I find myself completely intrigued by them, they almost evoke the feeling of a rare ancient artifact. They are precious without feeling too delicate, very detailed but still strikingly simple in design. All in all, beautiful works of art.
