When I think about my all-out dream house, and I frequently do, I often think about how nice it would be to have a small private courtyard off the master bedroom with its own outdoor shower or bath.
There's something about being in water that just seems to fit perfectly with being outdoors...

A living and breathing space for this concept. These vanity units are of the zen like style.
