Admittedly, I'm not always a big fan of the traditional red and green Christmas palette, leaning more towards soft neutrals, metallics and whites to decorate for the holidays. This fresh, elegant look has remained a favourite of mine since I first saw this lovely tree decorated by Victoria Mifsud Teti who co-owns the West Toronto boutique Rizo Lola & Company. Full of nostalgic charm with a look that was described as 'Victorian parlour meets eco chic', I love the blend of soft gold and mercury glass ornaments. The gifts below all wrapped in soft blue and simple brown paper and tied up with soft ribbons.

This tree is so beautiful:)
Kisses and have a great day
I love this tree! I went all neutral with the house decorations but the tree always ends up being red because of my collection of ornaments. I may have to store them away next year to do something like this.
I love this look.
I think I'll try it for next year.
Mine is red and silver now.
Its looks lovely. We have 2 trees. A small one for the kiddos that is completely covered in every kind and colour decoration you can imagine, and a big one for Huzz and I to enjoy in all its silver and glass glory. We are all very happy.
This tree is gorgeous my darling! Hope you are enjoying the holidays!

This is divine! I love the softer palette of the decorations.

I love this tree! And I am doing brown paper this year also. It makes everything look like a parcel.
So very elegant and gorgeous.
Isn't Rizo Lola a great store. So many sweet finds. They have several locations now too, right?
