The notion of loft-life often conjures up imagery of exposed brick or stark white walls, by contrast the Manhattan loft of Ochre designers Andrew Corrie and Harriet Maxwell-Macdonald is a sea of soft blue, grey and lavender tones - completely fitting with their understated, modern organic style of their Ochre label. Naturally, their home is filled with the most beautiful lighting including their spectacular Arctic Pear chandelier. The result is the most serene, peaceful retreat right in the middle of a notoriously hectic city.

It's very much what I would want from a space.
Its such a dream, light and airy yet with vintage and modern touches thrown in! Such a glamourous yet comfortable space at the same time.

When I firs saw this space in ELLE DECOR I thought: gorgeous, understated elegance, utlra-chic...I'm glad her husband seems happy in space surrounded by lavender...my boyfriend would protest.

Fabulous interior! Those rustic wide plank floors make for a very comfortable environment. The color is fabulous and there is an aire of glam that cannot be mistaken. Great post!
