A favourite photographer, Nick Brandt

This week Brandie from Out and About Africa was sweet enough to include me in her 'Let's Talk' series of interviews. As I'm no professional photographer, I have to rely on the talent of others so I shared some of the work of one of my absolute favourites, Nick Brandt.
I find his work just memerizing - he manages to capture such intimate portraits of these beautiful animals that really reveal the spirit inside of them. I could spend hours just getting lost inside one these haunting images, and frequently do, as I am lucky to have one of his beautiful prints of an elephant hanging in my living room.

So head on over to see what I had to say, and be sure to check out some previous interviews including the talented photographer, John Kenny.

How awesome would these look framed in a child's bedroom? Love that the lion has the wind blown effect going on!

Stunning. Stunning again. Wow. I am with you - it is easy to get lost when admiring these photos. (And lucky you for being an owner of one of his prints!)

I must say, this post made me stop in my tracks. I will head over to Brandie's blog to see what more you share about Nick B.

Happy weekend, friend!
