One of the things I love about decorating in black and white is the possibility of using accents in any shade imaginable. Bright dashes of colour add a playful, fun element to the space, I love the idea of a neutral space with an unexpected surprise overhead. If lighting is the jewellery to your home, then why not make yours a big statement piece - in blue.
I dream of stumbling across a gorgeous antique like this aqua opaline chandelier. Just love the fresh colour and it's adorable smaller scale.
